HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST
 

Material Needed:  Strip of paper, Pen, Ruler or Measuring  Tape.

 

• Tear a sheet of paper lengthwise

• wrap the strip of paper around your wrist until the 2 sides meet

• Mark the spot

• Measure the strip up to the mark

• This is your wrist size
